摘要 总结多年以来配电网线损管理系统建设中模型建立、数据源整合、线损数据管理和考核等环节的经验,设计并实现了一套基于公共信息平台的新型线损信息管理系统。该系统对各自动化系统导出的CIM模型文件进行合并和扩展,建立了完整的分线、分压、分片、分区的线损对象模型;基于统一编码标准和统一数据信息平台,为线损统计、计算提供了自动、可靠、完整的数据源;系统同时提供层次化、流程化的数据管理、应用和考核机制。从而为配电网运行提供了科学“分析、降损、增效”的技术手段。 According to the requirements of modeling, data source, data managing and checking of line losses for line loss manageinent system of distribution network, a set of new line loss information management system based on CIM was designed and realized This system merged and expanded the CIM file derived by each automation system, established complete line loss object model with line splitting, voltage grading and zoning. The platform based on unified coding standard and integrated data information were established, which provided automatic, reliable, and complete data source for line loss statistics and calculation. The system also offered the mechanism of data management, application and checking, which provided the scientific and reliable technology means of "analysis, reducing line losses, increasing efficiency "for power user.
