摘要
文章介绍了断路器失灵保护的装设原则、应用情况。结合近几年工程实践和以往常规变电站失灵保护回路设计的体会,提出了各电压等级失灵保护回路的设计原则、设计方案、接线要求。针对发电厂、变电站系统的各种情况,介绍了微机型失灵保护装置的功能原理。指出失灵保护只要在工程上接线准确、设计方案合理,就能有效地防止拒动、误动,就能快速而有选择地切除故障,具有工程实用价值。
The paper introduced the installing principle and application condition of out of order protection for circuit breaker. Combined with the engineering practice and experiences of out of order protection design for conventional substation in last few years, the design principle and scheme and wiring requirements of out of order protection circuit for each voltage grade were put forward According to the various eonditions of power plant and substation, the function principle of out of order protection of microcomputer type was introduced. It is pointed out that out of order protection has engineering application value when the wiring is accurate and design scheme is reasonable.
