摘要
介绍了等离子点火技术在国华台山发电厂3号机组的应用情况,投运以来曾出现过燃烧器结渣的现象,原因是燃用灰熔点低的煤在燃烧器内形成一个偏向等离子发生器入口侧的温度场。经过分析,对4号机组的等离子点火技术进行了改进,更换了加长的等离子燃烧器的压弧套,并在煤粉掺混和运行方式上作了调整,但效果并不是很理想。之后,对5号机组的等离子燃烧器继续进行了改进,改用了轴向等离子燃烧器,结渣问题得到了相应的改善。
Tae application status of plasma ignition technology in No.3 boiler of Guohua Taishan power plant is introduced Slagging phenomena ever appeared in the burners since the plasma ignition was put into operation. The cause was that, a tempera ture field deflecting to the inlet side of plasme generator was formed in the burners, when the coal with low ash fusion point was bemed. Through analysis, the plasma ignition technolagy for No.4 unit was improved, the lengthened are press sleeves of plasma burners were used and the pulverized coal blending and operation way were adjusted, but the effect was not ideal. Afterwards, the plasma burners of No.5 unit gere improved,.the axial plasma burners were adopted, the slagging problem was correspondingly alleriated.
