电针心经对家兔心脏及小肠功能的影响

Effect of Electroacupuncture on Heart and Small Intestine Functions

本文以动脉血压（ＡＢＰ）、左心室内压峰值（ＬＶＰ）、左心室内压变化上升最大速率（ＬＶＰｄ／ｄｔｍａｘ）及小肠电图为指标，观察了电针心经循行路线上的三个测试点和电针肺经循行践线上的三个测试点，以及不电针的对照组对静脉滴入垂体后叶素造成麻醉兔心肌缺血动物模型的心脏及小肠功能的影响。结果表明，电针心经对心脏及小肠功能的调节作用比电针肺经显著，有相对特异性。提示心经作为一条经脉，与心脏及小肠功能有密切关系。

A series of experiments were conducted with rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia resulting from intravenous injection of posterior pituitary hormones. The results show that distinct differences exist in the improvement of the arterial blood pressure, left intraventricular pressure, maximum rate of intraventricular pressure change and electroenterogram in the Heart and Lung Channels. The regulating action of the Heart Channel by electroacupuncture on the heart function and small intestine function is better than that of Lung Channel by electroacupuncture. It is therefore evident that the Heart Channel is closely related to the heart and small intestine functions.
