摘要
明代是黄河多患时期,276年内无有间断。治理河患,直接关系到国计民生与社会的稳定,因而历来备受当政者的重视。明代的总理河道一职,就是为了适应当时形势的发展而建置的。它标志着我国治河史进入了一个新的历史阶段,为治河机制的完备作出了贡献。
Flood disasters had often been happened in the Ming Dynasty and lasted for 276 years. Control of flood disasters was directly related to the national economy and social stability, thus was paid great attention by the politicians. The born of Premier of Rivers was aimed to adapt to the condition of that time, which marked the history of river harness entering into a new historical stage and made great contribution to the completion of river harness system.
