摘要
本文阐述Mixed Signal IC的版图基本设计方法,总结LAYOUT中的技巧。通过对布局、走线、结构的合理设计实现Mixed Signal IC的性能要求。
This paper introduces a basic method of layout design of Mixed Signal IC and summary of layout design.With the reasonable design in the layout route and structure,achieve the perfomance request of the mixed signal IC.
