In this report, several methods for obtaining Convergent Beam Electron Diffraction(CBED) patterns by using H-800 Transmission Electron Microscope without CBED accessary are introduced. These methods are image mode method, diffraction mode method STEM mode method, free mode method and large angle convergent beam electron diffraction (LA CBED). The detailed experimental procedures and points for attention are given. Factors affecting CBED pattern are also discussed.
