摘要
通过分析轨道交通引入PPP(Public-Private-Partnerships,公私合作模式)的目的,结合轨道交通PPP项目特点,研究适合于不同城市轨道交通发展需求的PPP模式,分为以竞争为驱动和以融资为驱动两大类,提出一些创新思路供探讨。
By analyzing the purpose of introducing PPP （Public-Private-Partnerships） mode and considering the characteristics of urban rail transit projects, this article elaborates two types of PPP modes： competition-motivated mode and financing-motivated mode. The new thoughts based on different development demand of urban rail transit are put forward for further discussion.
