介绍广州地铁运营事业总部运用风险管理策划的思路和方法,对运营全过程进行危险源识别、风险评价与控制,总结广州地铁运营风险管理策划的实践经验和运营风险管理的方法,并对今后地铁运营风险管理发展方向进行探讨。
The ideas and measures of risk management scheme in Guangzhou metro are introduced. Risk source recognition, risk assessment and control are carried out for the whole operation process. The practice and measures of operation risk management scheme in Guangzhou metro are summarized. The direction for the future metro operation development is discussed.
