无叶假木贼和盐爪爪提取物的抗菌活性 被引量:10

摘要 无叶假木贼和盐爪爪地上部分乙醇提取物、不同溶剂萃取部分对供试病原细菌和真菌均表现出较好的抑制作用,其乙酸乙酯萃取部分和正丁醇萃取部分的抗菌活性明显强于石油醚萃取部分和水部分。结果表明,无叶假木贼中抗菌活性成分主要为极性中等的化合物,且很可能是具弱碱性、易与酸成盐的生物碱类。盐爪爪中抗菌活性成分同样为极性中等的化合物。 The ethanol crude extracts and their different polar fractions of the aerial parts of Anabasis aphylla L. and Kalidium foliatum (Pall.) Moq. were screened in vitro and their antibacterial activity against six bacterial strains such as Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas lachrymans, Staphylococcus haemolyticus and Xanthomonas vesicatoria, as well as their antifungal activity against eleven ftmgal species such as Alternaria solani ,Bipolaris maydis,Rhizoctonia cerealis,R, solanl, Fusarium graminearum, F. oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum, F. oxysporum f. sp. niverum, F. vasinfectum, Venturia pirina, Leptosphaeria biglobosa and Magnaporthe grisea have been studied. Both ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction of these two plant species had stronger antimicrobial activity than that of petroleum ether fraction and aqueous fraction. The results indicated that the active antimierobial compounds could be related to alkaloids with moderate polarity, weak alkaline and those easily forming salts with acid in A. aphyUa. The antimicrobial compounds in K.foliatum also should be the ones with moderate polarity.
