摘要
益生菌已经广泛应用于饲料和食品等工业中,但是目前仍然有许多限制因素限制其使用。本文初步探讨了生物技术特别是基因工程改造益生菌方面的研究,为益生菌的进一步研究应用提供了一定的基础。
Probioties has been widely used in praetiee for many years in feed and food industry,but there are still many disadvantages. This paper reviewed the progresses of bioteehnology espeeially genetie engineering used in the medification of probioties in feed industry. Moreover,it provides some important information for further research of probioties.
