Accurate estimation of talent demand in the medical instrument industry in the future 5 years is one of the foundation work of further construction of the Medical Instrument department in the right direction, cultivation of high-level application specialized talented person which adapts the market requirement and assurance of the employment rate. Based on the understanding of industry marketing and the survey results, this report analyses the number of talents demanded and its growth trend of three types of related employers within Zhejiang province during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.
