摘要
通过对企业故事概念、分类、价值功能以及企业故事与企业理念互动关系的分析,凸现出了企业故事作为企业文化发展中“缔造者、诠释者、传播者、教育者”这一角色群的重要性,为突破企业文化传播障碍提供了现实途径。
This paper analyzes the conception of the enterprise story, types, function, and the interaction between enterprise idea and the story. Furthermore it illustrates the importance of the enterprise story as the former, announcer, disseminator and educator in the development of the enterprise culture. Finally it suggests some approaches to sweep obstacles in the promulgation of the enterprise culture.
