摘要
目的研究石仙桃的最佳炮制工艺。方法采用不同炮制方法对石仙桃药材进行炮制,并采用正交试验优选最佳炮制工艺。结果采用水煮方法炮制的石仙桃中天麻素及天麻苷元总量最高,并以100℃水煮20分钟,60℃烘烤为最佳。结论优选出的炮制方法稳定可行。
OBJECTIVE To study the best processing method of Pholidota chinensis Lindl.. METHODS Different processing methods and the Orthogonal test were used to select the best processing method of Pholidota chinensis Lindl. RESULTS The optimal processing method was as follows. boiled in water for twenty minutes, and then baked with 60℃. CONCLUSION The selected processing method is stable and feasible.
