The Difference between mathematics and art is simply illustrated by thinking forms, thinking courses and thinking results etc. The mutual promoting and mixing relations between them are discussed from the view of man＇s cognition principles and creating activity. In terms of mathematical effect on art＇s creation distinguishion etc., mathematics plays active role in art. Also art plays good role in understanding and spreading of mathematics and man＇s temperament. The discussion presented in the paper is expected to be meaningful in education reform, training man＇s quality, specially, training higher-quality talented man with creating ability.
