摘要
目前,针对传统抗生素治疗细菌感染中出现的耐药性及药物残留等问题,亟需寻找一种新型的替代药物。噬菌体对治疗病原菌感染的多种优越性,成为抗菌新药研究开发的新热点和理想材料。对噬菌体的溶菌机制以及实践应用等已有较多报道。笔者主要对副溶血弧菌噬菌体衣壳蛋白的组成进行了初步研究,并用SDS-PAGE电泳法分离纯化了其主要组分,为制备该蛋白质的抗体,建立副溶血弧菌噬菌体的免疫学检测方法奠定基础。
Coat proteins of Vibrio parahaemolyticus phageseparated was separated and analyzed by the method of Sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel (SDS-PAGE) electrophores,and the experiment conditions were explored. The resulty showed than the electrophore spectrum of this phage has two major bands and over ten minor bands.Of the two major bands, the relative molecule mass of the main major band molecular is about 33×10^3 and the second major band about 16×10^3 .Then,the main major band is separated and purified by SDS-PAGE electrophores and a given amount of the protein was obtained,providing the basis for the production of its antibody and establishment of the immunological span checking method.
