摘要
城市人才竞争力是某个城市人才资源的数量、质量、结构、比例、环境等各类人才因素在社会经济生活中所显现的总体实力,它从某一侧面反映某一区域的综合竞争力。在分析了宁波人才资源状况的基础上,比较了相关城市的人才竞争力指标,进而分析出宁波人才竞争力的地位及差距。最后提出了加强人才需求规划、重视人才市场体系建设、优化人才结构、优化人才环境等提升宁波城市人才竞争力的战略措施。
The urban competitive force for talents is an overall strength a city displays in the social and economic life with its quantity, quality, structure, proportion and environment as well as other factors of human resources, which is an indicator of the comprehensive force of the city. The paper, based on the analysis of the present situation of the human resources in Ningbo, compares with the indices of the talent competitive force in other related cities to understand the role and the difference of such force in Ningbo and puts forward measures to heighten the force including strengthening the talent needs planning, emphasizing the construction of talent market system, optimizing the talent structure and the environment.
