基层党组织的先进性是党的先进性题中之义,保持党的先进性必须保持和增强党的基层组织的先进性。开展先进性教育是高校党建的根本任务和重要课题,加强党的先进性建设,必须创新高校基层党组织建设。

To maintain the Party＇s advancedness has to keep and reinforce the advancedness of the Party grass - root organization. The basic and important task in the Party construction in colleges is to conduct the education on advancedness.
