Leading Roles of Locally-run Colleges in Construction of Harmonious Culture

本文从国际国内两个视野出发,探讨了我国民办高等教育引领和谐文化建设的必然性和可能性,提出了我国民办高等教育是和谐文化建设的引领者的观点。

The paper discusses the reasons for the challenges encountered in the construction of harmonious society being that the single - directional society may lead to the deficiency in the harmonious culture and the viewpoints that the locally -run colleges are the base to construct the harmonious culture as well as the emission source and proposes the tasks for such colleges at present being leading the construction of such culture and their orientation in the cultural field being the construction of such culture.
