This paper discusses the practical teaching system for secretary specialty including such methods as designing various meeting forms for situational teaching, adhering to the principle of students＂ leading role in the teaching process and to the rational design of the task and the process for such teaching and emphasizing the dual -subject interactive evaluation, i. e. , evaluation of the students＇practice results and the repair of the skill deficiency.
