摘要
运用各种会议形式,设置情境,组织会议实践性教学;坚持学生在教学过程中的主导地位,合理设计实践教学任务和教学过程;着眼于对学生实践成果的评定和技能的修正补缺,进行双主体互动的教学考核。
This paper discusses the practical teaching system for secretary specialty including such methods as designing various meeting forms for situational teaching, adhering to the principle of students" leading role in the teaching process and to the rational design of the task and the process for such teaching and emphasizing the dual -subject interactive evaluation, i. e. , evaluation of the students'practice results and the repair of the skill deficiency.
