摘要
以马铃薯品种广引1号、广引2号、广引3号、广引4号组培无菌苗为试验材料,分别进行4种基本培养基和3种激素(Met、Coumarin、B9)不同浓度对马铃薯试管微型薯诱导的对比试验。试验结果表明以MS为基本培养基对诱导试管微型薯有较好的效果,结薯率最高为66.07%;不同激素种类及浓度对试管薯诱导的效果有很大的差异,3种外源激素诱导结薯的效果依次为Coumarin>B9>Met;Coumarin的最佳浓度为25mg/L,其最高结薯率达81.25%。
The cultural plantlets of potato varieties including Guangyin No 1 ,Guangyin No 2,Guangyin No 3 and Guangyin No 4 were used as the experimental materials, in which the comparison tests of the microtuber induction were carried out respectively on 4 basic medium and different concentration of 3 kinds of hormones (Met,Coumarin and B9). The results showed that MS medium had better effect for the microtuber induction, the highest tuberization rate of microtuber was 66.7 % ; There were obvious difference on the microtuber induction effects with different kinds and concentration of hormones, the effects of 3 kinds of hormones on the microtuber induction were sequentially Coumarin 〉 B9 〉 Met; The best concentration of Coumarin was 25mg/L and the highest tuberization rate was 81.25%.
