摘要
燃煤电厂发电量占我国发电量的90%以上,在大量的生产维修中碰到的问题之一即是管道的磨损泄漏。这不仅破坏了周围的环境而且影响正常生产.其中最重要的是除灰和送煤管道.目前电厂设计已非常注重这一点,对这两个系统管道的耐磨性提出了要求,这无疑对延长管道使用寿命、保证电厂安全运行和降低生产成本是一个促进.本文将用比较的方法重点探讨用铝热离心法陶瓷钢管这种工艺方法所生产产品的广阔前景.
The leak caused by wear and tear of pipe,chile among which are the pipe for con- veying coal and ash disposal,is one of the serious problems in coal-fired power plant.In this paper,the study and discussion of aluminothermy centri-fuging steel-ceramic compo- site wear-resisting pipe are carried out by comparative method.The vast vistas of products produced by aluminothermy entrifuging is also analyzed.
