预防5-氟脲嘧啶化疗所致静脉炎的护理措施

目的评价应用系列护理措施预防5-氟脲嘧啶化疗所致静脉炎的效果。方法259例患者分为对照组92例、治疗组167例。对照组按常规输液治疗,治疗组采用5-氟脲嘧啶静滴前以0.2%奴夫卡因10ml静推、3μm精细过滤避光输液器输注、鲜芦荟叶外敷、生理盐水100ml化疗后快速静滴、健康教育等措施。结果对照组发生静脉炎共39例(42.39%),治疗组发生静脉炎共20例(11.98%),治疗组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采取以化疗前静推0.2%奴夫卡因的系列护理措施对5-氟脲嘧啶化疗所致静脉炎有明显的预防作用。

Objective To explore the effect of systemic nursing measures on preventing phlebitis due to chemotherapy with infusion 5-Fluorouracil. Methods 259 patients were divided into experiment group and control group,there were 92 cases in control group and 167 cases in experiment group. The patients in control group accepted common treatment ,and the patients in experiment group accepted intravenous injection of 0. 2% novocain 10ml before chemotherapy,the use of photophobic infusion set with 3. 0μm precision filter;wet compress with fresh leaf of aloe, intravenous drip normal saline 100ml rapidly after chemotherapy and health instruction. Results. There were 42.39%（39 cases）of the patients in control group and 11.98%（20 cases） of the patients in experiment group suffered from phlebitis. The incidence of phlebitis in experiment group Were significantly lower than that in control group. （p： 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Systemic nursing measures such as intravenous injection of 0. 2% novocain before chemotherapy haVe significant effect on oreventing phlebitis to chemotherapy with infusion 5-Fluorouracil.
