在三探的基础上,对运气南北政脉不应与反其诊的辨证论治,进行了深入全面的探讨。主要包括天干中阳明与少阴的单独辨治和组合辨治,地支中的同气辨治和同时辨治,干支结合中的同性辨治和同数辨治,岁会中四正、四维、四角的属性辨治和方位辨治这几个方面。

Based on the ＂three analysis＂, this paper discussed about the dialectical treatment for running gas to .south and north azimuth, pulse without reaction but diagnose in opposite way. It mainly includes single identification and treatment and combined identification and treatment for Yangming and Shaoyin in Heavenly Stem,identification and treatment of the same breath and the same time in Earthly Branch, identification and treatment of the same sex and same number in the combination of Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch,and identification and treatment of attribute and orientation for four azimuth,four dimension and four square in Suihui.
