《金匮要略》肝病证治探讨

《金匮要略》对肝病证治内容虽未列专篇论治,但书中有30多条原文阐述了近20种肝病的证治,实开后世治疗肝病之先河。在病因方面,《金匮》认为外感和内伤皆可导致肝及其经络的病变,但以内伤者居多;具体病证包括肝脏本病、肝的经络病变及肝病连及它脏;治法分为疏肝、暖肝、补肝、清肝、镇肝。整理归纳其中有关肝病证治内容,有助于我们理解仲景对肝及其经络病变进行辨证论治的思路和方法,指导临床相应病证的治疗。
