摘要
目的:建立一枝黄花中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HiQ sil C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温:40℃;流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(50:50);流速:1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长:371nm。结果:槲皮素进样量在0.40~4.04μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.2%;RSD为1.7%(n=9)。结论:该含量测定方法简便准确。
Objective: To establish a RP - HPLC method for determination the content of quercetin in herba solidaginis. Method: HiQ sil Cls column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm)was used, the column temperature at 40 ℃, the methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) as mobilephase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 371 nm. Result: The linear range of quercetin was 0.40 - 4.04 μg( r = 0.999 7 ). The average recovery was 100.2% with RSD 1.7% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion. The method is simple and accurate.
