摘要
应用正交实验设计研究了降低助镀剂中铁(Ⅱ)盐含量的问题.考察了助镀剂、酸、催化剂、温度、时间和絮凝剂等因素对降低铁(Ⅱ)盐浓度的影响.在所确定最佳工艺条件下,助镀剂中的铁(Ⅱ)离子浓度可被降低90%以上.
Decreasing content of ferrous salt in assistant to plating was investigated with orthogonal experirmental design. The influence of assistant, acid, catalyst,temperature, time and flocculant on decreasing concentration of ferrous salt was observed. Under the given optimal technical condition, ferrous ion may be decreased by more than 90 %.
