摘要
综合评价是城市对外客运枢纽规划和设计中的重要内容。将对外客运枢纽评价分为宏观布局和微观换乘2个层次。针对宏观布局评价,从枢纽需求性、协调性、经济性及环境适应性等方面选取评价指标,并采用基于熵值法和广义效用函数的方法进行评价;而对于微观换乘评价,则从换乘系统设施布局、客流换乘效率和社会效益等方面选取评价指标,并引入集对分析方法进行综合评价;并给出宏观布局评价和微观换乘评价实例。
Macroscopic distribution evaluation and microcosmic transfer are important contents in the course of planning and designing for the urban external passenger transport terminal. There are macroscopic distribution and microcosmic transfer in the evaluation of external passenger transport terminal. For macroscopic distribution evaluation, this paper selected evaluation indices such as terminal＇s demand, harmonization, economy and environment adaptability, evaluated it based on entropy method, generalized avail function, and gave evaluation examples. For microcosmic transfer evaluation, this paper selected the installation distribution of transfer system, transfer efficiency of passenger traffic, and social benefit as evaluation indices, and evaluated comprehensively by set pair analysis.
