扫描电镜鱼类染色体样品制备技术

The Fish Chromosome Samples Preparation Technique for Scanning Electron Microscopy

本文应用导电染色技术对鱼类染色体样品制备进行了探索。结果表明:以该方法制备的样品在扫描电镜观察中能清晰地显示出鱼类染色体的精细结构。

The fish chromosome samples for SEM have been groped for many times by using the electrical conductivity staining technique. The experimental results showed that the fish chromo- some sample for SEM made by this method can clearly show the fine structure of chromosomes.
