目的:满足围手术期病人的身心需求,减少术后并发症,促进病人早日康复。方法:运用流程管理的思想和方法,对围手术期病人的护理流程进行管理,采取规范、合并、分散、增加、重组等策略。结果:确保病人安全,满足病人需要,提高病人满意度。结论:流程管理提高护理工作效率和质量。

To meet the physical and psychological needs of the periopemtive patients, reduce the postoperative complications, and facilitate the patients to recover. Methods： The concept and methods of process management was introduced to the nursing flow of the perioperative patients by employing the tactic of combination, separation, increasing and regrouping. Results： The safe of patients was guaranteed, needs of patients were satisfied, and the satisfaction of the patients was improved. Conclusion： Process managment can improve quality and efficiency of nursing.
