摘要
金属间化合物/陶瓷基复合材料是近年内发展起来的一种新型复合材料,其发展与金属间化合物和高技术陶瓷的发展密切相关。利用金属间化合物的性能介于金属和陶瓷之间的特点,制备金属间化合物/陶瓷基复合材料,能使金属和陶瓷各自的缺点通过彼此的优点所弥补。该文简要介绍了Ni-Al/Al2O3、Fe-Al/Al2O3、Ni-Al/TiC、FeAl/TiC、FeAl/WC和Ni3-Al/WC等复合材料的发展现状以及金属间化合物/陶瓷基复合材料未来的发展趋势。
Intermetallics/ceramic matrix composites(I/CMC) is a new kind of composite developed in recent years.The development of the I/CMC relates in a marked degree to the development of the intermetallics and the high technological ceramics.The I/CMC can be prepared with no indiviual defects of both the intermetallies and ceramics but with their individual merits,making use of the properties of the intermetallics to be lain in between those of the metal and the ceramic.The present paper introduces the developmental status quo and the future development tendency of the I/CMC, in particular of Ni-Al/Al2O3, Fe-Al/Al2O3, Ni-Al/TiC, FeAl/TiC, FeAl/WC and Ni3-Al/WC and the other composites.
