摘要
本研究检测了13个卫星标记与兔生产性状(产仔数、初生窝重、21 d、28 d、90 d窝重)间的相关性,研究结果表明,13个微卫星标记中有5个标记与家兔生产性状相关。位点5L1E8及D7Utr5不同基因型除对初生重影响显著外(P>0.05),位点19L1G5除对产仔数影响不显著外(P>0.05),分别对其余四个性状的影响均达到显著水平(P<0.05);而位点D3Utr7对五个生产性状均达到显著影响(P<0.05)。其余8个位点对各性状影响均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。
In this study, thirteen microsatellite DNA makers were genotyped to test their association with economic traits among 6 meat rabbit populations, including Californaia rabbit, Qixing rabbit, Germany great line of ZIKA, New Zealand of ZIKA Rabbit, Qixing rabbit × New Zealnd of ZIKA Rabbit, Germany great line of ZIKA × New ZIKA Rabbit. We found that 5 markers were significantly saaociated with one or more economic traits. Statistical significance was reached between 5L1E8 and DTUtr2 with born Litter number, 21^at day litter weigth 25I 28 day litter weight and 90^ht day individual weight. Association was also observed bettween the marker 19L1G5 and firstborn Litter weight, 21^at day litter weight, 25^th day litter weight and 90^th day weight with (P〈0.05). In addition, markers D3Utr2 and DOUtr7 were associated with each of the five genomic traits (P〈0.05). If these results can be confirmed in other studies with larger sample size, these genetic loci could be used as genetic markers for breeding and selection in future.
