摘要 细胞凋亡是细胞的生理性死亡形式,受包括caspase、Bcl-2家族蛋白等在内的许多因素的调控并与其共同构成一个复杂的网络机构,诱导细胞凋亡并对其进行严密的调控。根据细胞凋亡的形态学改变和生化改变,通过显微镜和流式细胞仪等仪器设备,采用凝胶电泳及原位标记法等方法对凋亡细胞进行检测。 Cell apoptosis is a nature mechanism and a common physiological death of cell, it is the capacity of a cell to undergo programmed cell death, which involves many cellular biochemical events. It can be manipulated respectively by many factors including the bcl-2 family proteins, caspase and they consititute a complicated network to control apoptosis. According to the morphologic and biochemical change of apoptosis, through microscope and flow cytometry, adopt SDS and TdT-mediated X-dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) to detect apoptosis cell.
