摘要
本实验以25μg/ml、50μg/ml、100μg/ml为石英终浓度与健康大鼠得来的肺Ⅱ型细胞共同培养24h,测得细胞培养体系(细胞和培养液)中总磷脂含量升高,培养液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)增加,推测这种变化促进肺组织的非特异性炎症,在矽肺病变形成中具重要作用。
Isolated and purified type Ⅱ alveolar cells from healthy Wistar rats were exposed to different doses of silica from 25-100 μg/ml for 24 hours in culture medium. The results showed that silica could stimulate the secretion of phospholipid and PGE2 of type Ⅱ alveolar cells. This result suggested that the type Ⅱ alveolar cell could accelerate pulmonary inflammation.
