硫酸镍、亚砷酸钠所致转化细胞的凝集试验

AN AGGLUTINATION TEST ON TRANSFORMED CELLS INDUCED BY NICKEL SULFATE AND SODIUM ARSENITE

为了从细胞表面的变化来观察转化细胞的特性，对于经硫酸镍、亚砷酸钠染毒的ＳＨＥ细胞，用ＣｏｎＡ进行了凝集试验。结果表明，两染毒组的凝集试验均呈阳性，且与ＣｏｎＡ浓度呈依赖关系。

In order to observe the characteristics of transformed cells in the respect of changes on cell surface, agglutination test was conducted with Con A on SHE cells exposed to nickel sulfate and sodium arsenite, The results showed that the reaction was positive in groups exposed to the chemicals, and its intensity depended upon the concentration of Con A.
