高效液相色谱法测定活力胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

HPLC determination of astragaloside IV in Huoli capsules

目的：建立活力胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱测定法。方法：色谱柱为uBondaPak型C18柱（250mm×4．6nm,5μm），以乙腈-水（36：64）为流动相，流速为0．8mL·min^-1，检测波长为203nm。结果：黄芪甲苷进样量在0.08～0．24g·L^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9995），加样回收率为95．30％～101．75％，RSD为0．87％～1.34％。结论：本法简便、可靠、准确，对活力胶囊的质量控制有实际意义。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside membranaceas contents in Huoli capsules. METHODS The chromatographic column of C18 was used, acetonitrile-water（36：64） as mobile phase and the flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 2113 nm. RESULTS The linear range of astragaloside IV membranaceas was 0. 08 - 0. 24 g·L^-1 （r= 0. 999 5）. The revovery of assay was 95.30% - 101.75% ,with RSD 0. 87% - 1.34%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Huoli capsules.
