摘要
准确掌握矿柱实际边界是矿柱回采爆破设计的基础,也是提高矿山经济效益的有效途径之一。针对传统的测量方法很难准确地确定矿柱实际边界的实际问题,提出了采用空区三维激光探测系统CMS(Cavity Moni-toring System)辅助矿柱回采爆破设计的解决方案。介绍了CMS的基本工作原理和基本构成,并用实例阐明了运用CMS辅助矿柱回采爆破设计的具体方法。实践证明,该方法能很好地解决矿柱回采中其边界难以确定的问题,具有重要的推广应用价值。
The accurate awareness of actual pillar boundary is the basis for the blast design for pillar extraction and is also one of the effective ways to improve the mine economic benefit. In the light of the fact that it is very difficult to determine the practical pillar boundary by traditional measurement methods, it is proposed to use three-dimensional laser-based cavity monitoring system (CMS) to aid the blast design for pillar extraction. The basic working mechanism and composition of CMS and its application method illustrated by real case are presented. The practice has proved that this method can well solve the problem of difficult determination of pillar boundary in pillar extraction, and therefore it is of important promotion and application value.
