摘要
测定体外加煤尘后,不同时点大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)分泌白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的结果表明,煤尘组明显高于对照组,各煤组间,无烟煤组与肥煤组间差异不显著,而两组与贫煤组间有显著性差异。另外,随着煤尘浓度的增高,AM的IL-1分泌量也随之增加。我们认为IL-1可能在煤工尘肺发生发展中起重要作用。
The contents of interleukin-1 (IL-1) were assessed in the supernatant of coal dusts exposed rats' alveolar macrophages (AM). The results showed that the contents of IL-1 in coal dusts groups were significantly higher than those in the control group. The content of IL-1 in meager coal grorp was greatly lower than those in anthracite and fat coal groups. And a dose-dependent relationship existed between the concentration of dust and the content of IL-1. It is suggested that IL-1 might play an important role in the development of coal worker's pneumoconiosis.
