摘要
介绍了鞍钢大孤山选矿厂采用优化水力旋流器主要参数提高生产能力的工业试验结果。工业试验研究结果表明,大孤山磁选车间水力旋流器参数优化后,一段水力旋流器溢流粒度平均为61.50%-200目,比优化前提高了8.33个百分点;二段水力旋流器溢流粒度平均为90.08%-200目,比优化前提高3.58个百分点;一段球磨机台时处理能力由原来的128 t提高至132 t。
The paper describes the results of the industrial test made in Dagushan Concentrator of Anshan Steel on improving the production capacity by optimizing the cyclone parameters. After the parameter optimization of the hydrocyclone in the magnetic separation workshop, the overflow of the primary cyclones was raised to 61.50% -200 mesh on average, an increase of 8.33 percentage points and of the secondary cyclones, 90.08% -200 mesh, an increase of 3.58 percentage points, leading to an increase in the unit/hour capacity of the primary ball mill to 132 t from the original 128 t, an evident effect.
