摘要
介绍了通过对现有29 m浓密机在给矿方式、浓密机本体和浓密机排矿系统等方面进行有针对性的改造,并配合采用先进的高效絮凝剂,进行尾矿高效浓缩试验的情况。对设备的实际运行效果、絮凝剂的作用效果、浓缩后溢流水的选矿效果进行了分析,并确定选矿分厂尾矿浓缩处理方案,较好地解决尾矿高浓度输送的问题。
The paper describes the test on the high capacity thickening based on the transformation on the feeding mode, machine body and discharge system of the existing φ 29 m thickener and on the application of advanced high-efficiency flocculant. Based on the analysis of the practical operation of the thickener, the effect of the flocculant and the recycle use of the thickener overflow in the beneficiation, the scheme for the tailings thickening of the concentrator branch was determined, which has well solved the problem of the high density transportation of the tailings.
