摘要
在对铁尾矿的性质进行分析基础上,研究了以铁尾矿为主要原料制备蒸压尾矿砖的方法,对尾矿、水泥、粗骨料、粉煤灰、水、外加剂用量进行了条件试验,其蒸汽养护制度:制品釜前抽真空0.5—1h,升温2.5h,190℃下恒温8h(1.6MPa)、降温2.5h,并对其主要理化性能进行了测试和分析,尾矿砖的性能达到使用要求。采用铁尾矿制取尾矿建筑用砖,是铁尾矿二次开发、生产高附加值产品的一条有效途径。
Based on the analysis of the properties of iron railings, investigation was made on the method of making autoclaved tailing bricks with iron tailings as the main material. Conditional tests were made on the dosages of railings, cement, coarse aggregate, coal ash, water, additives, etc. The steam curing system adopted consisted of the product vacuum acquisition for 0.5 - 1 h before the autoclave, temperature rise for 2.5 h, temperature maintenance at 190 ℃ ( 1.6 MPa) for 8h and temperature decrease for 2.5 h. The main physico-chemical properties of the tailing bricks were tested and analyzed, which shows that the brick performances have reached the application requirements. Making the tailing bricks for construction-use from iron tailings is an effective way to exploit the railings for the second time and to use railings to produce high value-added products.
