摘要
采用石蜡制片,番红-固绿双重染色,在pH4.0和6.0条件下研究了NH4+-N和NO3--N对玉米幼苗根系解剖结构的影响。结果表明:低pH和铵态氮都能促进玉米主胚根导管的发育;在低pH条件下,以NH4+-N为唯一氮源时,导管成熟早,数目多,半径大。
Paraffin sections were used to study the effect of different pH levels (pH=4.0 pH=6.0) and N sources(NH4^+-N,NO3^--N) on structure of maize root at seedling stage. The results indicated that both of low pH and NH4^+ -N accelerated the vessel development in maize root. At the low pH level the development of vessels was earlier,with many more in number and larger radius when NH4^+ -N being as sole N sources.
