平邑甜茶染色体制片技术的风油精法

Study on the Chromosome Technology of Pretreatment with Fengyoujing in Pingyitiancha Tea

采用风油精作为预处理药剂,用常规压片技术对平邑甜茶进行染色体标本制备。结果表明,用风油精溶液预处理的染色体,分散度高,染色体浓缩长度适中,染色体不易断裂、粘连。

Fengyoujing was used as the pretreatment medicament in the Pingyitiancha tea chromosome sample making. The results indicated that in Fengyoujing pretreating the chromosomes, the separation degree of the chromosomes was evident, the condensed length of the chromosome was moderate and it was not easy for the chromosomes to rapture and conglutinate.
