论高校竞争情报系统的构建

随着改革开放的不断深化和市场经济体制的不断完善,我国高等院校也进入了市场竞争的行列之中。经济全球化的发展必然会导致教育全球化。面对发达国家的高等教育的竞争优势,我国高校应如何应对?本文在分析国内外高等教育走向市场竞争的基础上,面对国外高校的竞争,针对国内高校竞争的特点,应用竞争情报系统的理论和方法,提出构建高校竞争情报系统的设想,希望能为我国高校应对国内外高等教育市场竞争与合作提供一点帮助。

With the constant deepening of reform and opening-up and constant perfection of market economy system, the universities in China have also joined the rank of market competition. The globalized development of economy will surely lead to globalized education. Facing the competitive advantages of higher education in developed countries, what will the universities in China do？ Based on the analysis of the competitive situation of higher education at home and abroad, the competition from foreign universities and the competitive characteristics of domestic universities, this paper proposes an idea of constructing the university CI system by the use of the theory and method of CI system, hoping that it will provide some help for universities in China to cope with the competition and cooperation in higher education market at home and abroad.
