在广和大桥溶洞桩基础施工中,进行了全面质量管理,运用PDCA循环原理,建立QC小组对关键工序和特殊工序推行全过程质量控制和攻关。确保了广和大桥的顺利建成通车,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

During the construction of cave pile foundation of Guanghe Bridge, total quality management and PDCA circle principle were implemented. Quality Control Groups （QC） were established to make a better control and capture to the key working procedures and special processes, to ensure the successful completion and opening to traffic of Guanghe Bridge, and obtain excellent economic and social benefits.
