摘要
针对电厂汽轮机冷端优化分析问题,从凝汽器和循环水泵的整体角度出发,对冷端系统的运行特性进行优化,提出了一种基于热力学理论的确定凝汽器最佳真空和最佳循环水流量耦合性的分析方法;并应用该方法对某电厂一台300MW机组冷端系统的运行方式进行了验证,结果表明优化后机组经济性提高了0.116%。
From view of the condenser and circulation water pump, aiming at the problem of the turbine cold end system, the operational feature of its cold end system has been optimized, and an analytical method is proposed based on thermodynamics theory which is used to determine coupling characteristic between the optimized vacuum and the optimized circulation water flow. The operating mode of a 300MW unit's cold end system in a power plant has been verified by adopting this method and, the results show that the economy of units is increased by 0. 116% after optimization.
