摘要
此实验结果表明CD11a/CD18单抗可明显减轻庆大霉素所致的肾脏病理损伤,从而使大鼠肾功能明显恢复。给药24小时后治疗组血Cr值134.6±15.1μmol/L,明显低于CD3对照组(366.7±28.3μmol/L),(P<0.05)。病理检查示对照组均可见程度不同的肾小管坏死灶,而治疗组只有一例出现轻度肾小管坏死。提示细胞粘附分子在GM肾毒性的病理生理过程中可能起重要作用。
