摘要
空捻器可实现无结头络纱,空捻接头质量直接影响后道工序织物质量。以美斯丹114型空捻器为例,分别对4个调节点各6档做接头试验,结果表明:空气量E与纱尾收缩值L与捻接纱断裂强力正相关,捻接时间周期T与捻接纱断裂强力负相关。影响程度大小排序为L、T、E。
Air splicer guarantees endless rewinding. Quality of air spliced yarn is directly related to the fabric quality in rear process. Sampling air splicer 114 by Mesdan for piecing-up test on six grades for every four adjustment points shows that air throughput E and contract value L of ending yarn have direct correlatiion with breaking strength of spliced yarn while splicing interval T has indirect correlation with breaking strength of spliced yarn. The impact factors(L, T, E) range in a descend order.
