摘要
针对环锭细纱机存在的产量低、加捻三角区中纤维受力不均、形成飞花与纱线毛羽等问题,介绍了新型纺纱技术和新型环锭纺纱技术的现状,说明新型纺纱技术应向高速、高智能、高自动化、大卷装、扩大原料使用范围、纱线加捻与卷绕分开、尽可能减小加捻三角区、改善纱线结构、减少毛羽的方向发展,提出各种纺纱技术将并存发展,紧密纺纱技术是环锭纺纱技术的发展方向。
Regarding the problems with the ring spin frame, viz,low production,irregular pressure on fiber in the twisting trangle area, fly and hairiness,introduction is done to the new spinning technology and new ring spinning technology. Conclusion is made that new spinning technology should be based on hi-velocity, hi-robotization, hi-automation, large package, wide application of raw material, seperation of twisting from winding, minimization of twisting trangle section,improvement of yarn structure, reduction of hairiness. The varieties of spinning technology coexsist and compact spinning technology lead the development of ring spinning technology.
