对中国跨国企业兼并发展道路的理论分析与现实研究

在我国加入WTO之后,我国与世界的经济交往日益密切,国内外金融业务来往渠道大大丰富。与此同时,随着条件的改善,一大批企业走出国门,逐渐向跨国企业发展;然而,我们要着重考虑的是如何使我们的跨国企业在日趋激烈的国际竞争中站稳脚跟,获得一席之地,以求长远发展。本文对我国跨国企业的发展现状、潜在问题进行了思考,并对跨国兼并的策略做了一定理论分析,提出了些许建议。

After China had joined WTO, its economic contact with the whole world is becoming more and more frequent, and the financial communion between home and abroad has been widened a lot. At the same time, with the improvement of all the conditions, batches of enterprises march toward the global market. However, what we should focus on is how to find the right standpoint for our multinational enterprises, in order to attain the long - term development. This essay analyses the present situation and latent problems of the Chinese multinational enterprises, and makes some suggestions on the multinational annexation.
